Alexandria Church, NSCA-CPT,   Kinetic Integrations Corrective Exercise Specialist

  • Graduated suma cum laude from Oregon State University with a Bachelor’s degree in exercise science with an option in fitness and nutrition (2018)

  • Certified in corrective exercise through Kinetic Integrations, and specializes in postural correction and injury prevention (2016-2018)

  • Worked in corporate wellness for two years helping employees resolve and prevent all manner of injuries (2018-2020)

  • Coached high school track and field (2017-2018) and led the girl’s team to a district championship

  • Competed in track and field for 10 years, and competed at the D1 level for 3 years (2008-2018)

  • Believes in coaching holistic health including sleep, hygiene, hydration, nutrition, breathing, and posture

  • Over 6 years of experience as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor

  • Enjoys rock climbing, hiking, and dancing

Annika Jackson, NSCA-CPT, NASM-CPT   Personal Trainer

  • Attended Lewis & Clark College and OSU prior to pursuing Personal Training and dance full-time

  • NASM Certified (2021-present)

  • NSCA-CPT Certified (1/2024- present)

  • Certified X-Pole fitness instructor (2021-present) 

  • Completed an 8 month mentorship with aexperienced and tenured personal trainer and ex-army ranger

  • Passionate about helping to facilitate positive lifestyle changes both physically and mentally

  • Focused on finding a balanced and sustainable approach towards fitness and nutrition

  • Enjoys pole dancing and circus art-forms 

  • CPR/AED and First Aid Certified
