Alexandria Church, NSCA-CPT,   Kinetic Integrations Corrective Exercise Specialist

  • Graduated suma cum laude from Oregon State University with a Bachelor’s degree in exercise science with an option in Fitness and Nutrition (2018)

  •  Certified in corrective exercise through Kinetic Integrations, and specializes in postural

correction and injury prevention (2016-2018)

  •  Worked in corporate wellness for two years helping employees resolve and prevent all manner of injuries (2018-2020)

  • Coached high school track and field (2017-2018) and led the girl’s team to a district championship

  • Competed in track and field for 10 years, and competed at the D1 level for 3 years (2008-2018)

  • Certified to work with pre-natal and post-natal clientele through ACE Fitness

  • Certified as a Biomechanics Specialist through Pinnacle Performance Fitness

  • Certified as a Pain Free Performance and Rehab Specialist through PPSC

  • Studied at OSU prior to pursuing personal training full-time

  • Certified X-Pole fitness instructor (2021-present)

  • Prior to becoming a trainer herself, she completed an 8 month mentorship with an experienced and tenured personal trainer

  • Passionate about helping to facilitate lasting lifestyle changes both physically and mentally

  • Loves helping clients realize they can overcome their own challenges after personally suffering with an eating disorder and the resulting gut/hormone issues that followed

  • Enjoys pole dancing, roller-skating, and reading in her free time

  • CPR/AED and First Aid Certified
